Core Requirements: Minimum of 38-40 credits in the core curriculum required of all students. Students who enter as first-time freshmen must take an entering freshman and rising junior assessment to complete core requirements.
Other Program Requirements: Students must earn a C or higher grade in all courses taken to fulfill program requirements, including Public Health Core, and in the concentration courses for Community Health and Gerontology. A student must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better in order to graduate with a degree from the program.
Graduation Requirements: All graduating seniors are required to complete the Graduating Senior Assessment after completing 90 or more semester hours (including credit by examination), but not later than the graduation semester.
