Program Admission Notes:
For general transfer admission to FSU, students should have 24 hours with a cumulative 2.0 GPA and should be eligible to return to the last institution attended.

Additional admissions requirements for Teacher Education majors in the College of Education:

Completion of FSU's EDUC 211 with a grade of C or better (waived for AA/AS degree holders)

Completion of a minimum of 24 credit hours earned with a minimum grade point average of 2.7 (3.0 preferred)

Completion of a Declaration of Major form
-
Completion of the Praxis CASE tests (or SAT/ACT scores) required by the State of North Carolina for the admission to educator preparation programs.
