College Level Foreign Language Requirements:

The College of Humanities & Earth and Social Sciences requires two levels of foreign language (Language 111 and 112). Students who complete their associate degree are exempt from the language requirement.

Additional Information From UNC Charlotte:

Natural Science Requirement: The Psychology major does require 2 natural science courses. Students can complete both at the NCCC.

University course names are changing, beginning Fall 2024, for PSY 281. PSY 281 will still equate to PSYC 2151 with the course title "Psychological Distress, Dysfunction and Disorders". 

Beginning Fall 2024, PSY 241 will equate to PSYC 2117: Introduction to Lifespan Development.
