College Level Foreign Language Requirements:
Complete 12 hours of foreign language.
At the community college, students take levels 111-212, such as SPA 111, SPA 112, SPA 211, and SPA 212.
For the Classical Studies concentration, students must complete Latin or Greek as the foreign language requirement. If your community college does not offer LAT or you wish to take Greek, you will need to wait until transfering to ECU to complete this requirement. This may extend time toward degree completion.
Major-Specific Course Recommendations:
Students are encouraged to build the Community College course recommendations below into the associate degree to best prepare for the intended major.
