To apply to ECU as a transfer student:

  • Complete, or have in progress, a minimum of 24 transferable college-level courses
  • Have a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA for all college-level coursework attempted

Students seeking to complete the Criminal Justice major online have a separate application process. For more information visit onlineprograms.ecu.edu.

Students must complete CRIM 2004 before enrolling in courses above CRIM 2999. The community college equivalent to this course, CJC 112, is not part of the AA or AS, but can be taken at the community college as an additional transfer course.
