To apply to FSU as a transfer student:

  • Graduated from high school or obtained a GED/Adult Diploma
  • Have at least 24 transferable credits with a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA

 

Students must meet the following requirements to declare Public Health, Community Health as a major:

 

  • A student must have completed a minimum of 30 credit hours with a minimum grade point average required by the program.

Other Program Requirements

  • Students must earn a C or higher grade in all courses taken to fulfill program requirements, including Public Health Core, and in the concentration courses for Community Health.
  • A student must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better in order to graduate with a degree from the program.
  • PUHE 480 (internship) is only offered during Fall and Spring semesters.
