To apply to FSU as a transfer student:

Graduated from high school or obtained a GED/Adult Diploma

Have at least 24 transferable credits with a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA

Students must meet the following requirements to declare Supply Chain Management and Technology as a major:

A student must have completed a minimum of 30 credit hours with a minimum grade point average required by the program. A student must have completed the following courses with no grade lower than a C: ACCT 211 (ACC 120), ECON 211 (ECO 252) or ECON 212 (ECO 251), ISBA 211 (CIS 110), BADM 215 (COM 231), BADM 216 (MAT 152).
